Seven-day full refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after the purchase date, even if you have already downloaded the ZIP.
Email marcoa@marsem.org before the seven-day period ends. Use the email address supplied at checkout and include the purchaser name and receipt or Stripe order details. Never send card numbers or other payment credentials.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
Immediate digital delivery
This is a digital product; nothing is physically shipped. After successful payment, your browser is redirected to the secure delivery page at downloads.marsemit.com.
Automatic access remains available for 30 days from purchase and allows up to ten completed downloads. Save and back up the ZIP during that period.
After saving the file, authorized use of Version 2.0 remains permanent under the included single-user license. The access window limits automatic delivery, not the license duration.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeds but the delivery page does not become ready, the redirect is interrupted, or the ZIP cannot be opened, email marcoa@marsem.org from the purchase email. Requesting help does not shorten the refund window.
Returns and cancellations
There is no physical item to return. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, cooling-off right, refund right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live. If applicable law provides greater protection, that law applies.
